VicForests costs argument settled

VicForests agrees to court orders, read more on the EEG websiteThe argument over legal costs has been settled out of court and there is no need to appear in the Melbourne Supreme Court on Wednesday 8th February if anyone was intending to go along.
Basically, after an 11 month battle VicForests finally agreed to do what we first asked them to do in February 2016 before we started the case - await surveys and put protections in place for rare and threatened species.
